Dirty Epic welcomes aboard @violet-poison for its twenty-third episode of Amplify Series.
Violet Poison is the alias used by the esoteric mastermind musician Francesco Baudazzi, previously known for his techno productions as Obtane. Today, he focuses on mutant sounds, drawing inspiration from Proto-EBM, Synth/Darkwave and Post-Punk, profoundly influenced and inspired by these obscure genres.
He has released on prestigious labels from all around the world, institutions such as Vatican Shadow’s Hospital Productions, Haunted Air Records (Mannequin Records’s defunct sister label), Kess Kill, She Lost Kontrol, Soil, Semantica, Adam X’s Sonic Groove and many more.
He owns Veleno Viola, a label focused as well on these genres, releasing nightmares from an broken 80s VHS on wax, highly collectible 12″ for the most initiated…
