It may be her heart, but nothing inspires harmony in the emotional discourse of sound dominating the record.

Her bold presence on a newly released label sampler SALVATION justifies artist’s imminent drive to establish creative independence. She is standing her ground by delivering an eight-track debut album painting her own picture of downtempo chill. ‘Stab a King’ is a trippy duality of tribal and modern cutting deep into the rage of the young and the damaged. The direct plea to look inside is pulling a trigger, you choose a target. Condemn violence, embrace your shadow. It is all very unsettling. The simultaneous detachment and submission to pain fills each track with neon claustrophobia that is only amplified through sudden interjections of retro funk and soul we observe in ‘Oh God Ok.’ It gains ground with sustained sound taking us to church in a dark bliss of ghostlike mania. Her voice fires through a glitch of melancholy she runs from. INDIA is in deep prayer. We get to listen.
