On Saturday, August 22nd, RE/FORM presents Trip to Galaxy: Joris Voorn, Luis Miranda, & Materielle.
Trip To Galaxy is the powerful new show concept from renowned Dutch electronic music pioneer Joris Voorn that showcases and focuses on his love of trippy, hypnotic, precision techno. Known to many for his emotionally rich, melodic productions, Joris flips the script with Trip To Galaxy, driving up the BPMs to a soundscape of driving, high-octane rhythmic techno. Designed as a sensory journey, immaculately fusing light and sound, Trip To Galaxy will offer an immersive tripped out experience that pays homage to the roots of the genre Joris has consistently pioneered for so much of his career. This is Joris Voorn untethered, raw, driving, fully immersed to the pulse of the underground but with his consistent push to deliver profoundly emotional dance floor experiences.
Luis Miranda, A classically trained musician and pianist from the Madrid Royal Conservatory. While Luis believes in techno’s power to uplift and bring light to the world, the DJ/producer studied Ninjutsu and thus gravitates to techno’s roots in the dark shadows of warehouses. There, he creates mind-altering experiences and shakes audiences’ temporal lobes and feet with his new and old-school influences.
Materielle, known for shaping a strain of techno that feels both tactile and transportive, built from weighty grooves, and a deep sensitivity to texture. Her sets and productions drift between restraint and propulsion as soaked atmospheres unravel into tightly coiled rhythms.

Wallets that do not exceed 6.5″ x 5.5″ AND Slingbags that do not exceed 12x6x12, with or without a handle or strap, may be carried into the venue along with a clear bag options (clear tote or storage bag, with contents visible from the outside). Oversized bags (i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, laptop bags, etc.) and camelbacks are prohibited.
